Empowering Learning is seeking a calm, patient, and passionate Teacher to join a primary school in Bolton. This role will begin on a supply basis, with the strong possibility of becoming permanent depending on performance.

About the Role

As a Teacher, you will:

  • Plan, deliver, and adapt lessons for pupils
  • Create personalised learning programmes that support academic, social, and emotional development
  • Use positive behaviour management strategies to support students with challenging behaviour
  • Work collaboratively with TAs
  • Maintain a safe, nurturing, and inclusive classroom environment
  • Communicate effectively with parents, carers, and wider professionals
About You

We're looking for someone who:

  • Has experience teaching primary-aged students (QTS or equivalent required)
  • Is calm, patient, and passionate, particularly when managing challenging behaviour
  • Builds positive, trusting relationships with pupils and staff
  • Is committed to helping every child thrive and achieve their goals
