Key Responsibilities
  • Plan and deliver engaging, creative lessons that inspire and challenge pupils
  • Assess, track, and report on progress to ensure every child makes strong progress
  • Differentiate learning effectively to meet a range of needs, including SEND
  • Establish a safe, positive, and respectful classroom culture
  • Work closely with colleagues on curriculum development and year-group planning
  • Build strong, supportive relationships with pupils, families, and the wider community
  • Contribute to school events, enrichment opportunities, and wider responsibilities
