Our client is seeking a motivated Primary Care Representative to join their Primary Care team across the following regions : Kent and Medway, Bristol, South East London, Manchester, Hereford and Worcester and Bradford.

This opportunity is open to candidates at varying stages of their career, from ambitious graduates looking to build a career in the pharmaceutical industry to experienced representatives seeking their next challenge.

In this pivotal role, you will partner with healthcare professionals — including GPs, Nurses and Pharmacists — to build strong, collaborative relationships that support improved patient outcomes. You will represent and promote the Respiratory Portfolio, developing your capabilities in strategic account management, delivering tailored solutions, and engaging customers in a meaningful way to drive sustainable growth and maximise value across the primary care landscape.

Ideal requirements for the Account Specialist :
  • Understanding of the NHS and customer priorities, or a strong willingness to develop this knowledge.
  • Demonstrated ability to achieve objectives and perform in a target-driven environment.
  • Strong relationship-building skills with a professional, personable approach
  • Ideally, you will be ABPI qualified or working towards this qualification.
  • Various backgrounds will be considered, including :
  • Primary care sales experience
  • Recent graduates, from a scientific or business-related subject, with sales experience.
  • Recent graduates from the following clinical subject areas are also welcome to apply :
  • Physician Associate Studies
  • Nursing
  • Pharmacy
  • Physiotherapy
Role Responsibilities for the Account Specialist :
  • Act as the main point of contact, ensuring seamless customer engagement
  • Promote the Respiratory Portfolio in line with marketing strategy
  • Build strong partnerships, positioning our client as the respiratory partner of choice
  • Meet KPIs across sales, NPS, customer satisfaction and project delivery
  • Ensure full compliance with ABPI and company standards
