Overview

At Collins Maintenance Repair and Overhaul (MRO) UK facility in Marston Green, we provide specialist technical support for Electronic Engine Control, Fuel Metering units, Actuators, and Pump units widely used in the Aerospace industry.

What You Will Do

• Support the Global Spares team to achieve business and customer deliverables for current and future projects.
• Administer the RFQ process supporting business needs and customer requirements.
• Prepare pricing quotes aligned with business strategies to ensure EBIT targets are met.
• Manage inventory levels by controlling MOQs/MOVs and offering EOQs to customers.
• Ensure all records comply with accreditation standards, AS9120.
• Work proactively with suppliers to meet SLAs, utilizing CORE tools as necessary.
• Maintain metrics to improve RFQ performance.
• Collaborate with Business Development to create customer packages and strategic pricing to secure orders.
• Assist with the annual Spares catalogue process and the deployment of customer-specific price lists.
• Challenge supplier quotes using financial data to ensure economical procurement.
• Support finance with invoice cost discrepancy resolution.
• Develop Point of Use reporting tools to manage Global Spares processes and enhance customer service.
• Provide prompt and accurate reports to the business within agreed timeframes.
