Prevention Services Support Officer

We have an exciting opportunity at the moment to join our team as a Prevention Services Support Officer. The Wrexham Council PSD Team is seeking to recruit a permanent full-time Prevention Services Support Officer to support social care and childcare projects in Wrexham., As a Disability Confident Committed Employer, the council ensures accessible recruitment and support for disabled employees including offering a guaranteed interview (where essential person specification items are met).
