Your Role

As a Car Sales Executive, your job is about more than just selling cars - it's about creating exceptional experiences for every customer. You'll take the time to understand their needs, help them choose the right vehicle, and guide them confidently through the finance, add-ons, and contract process. You'll take pride in:

  • Delivering a tailored, one-of-a-kind experience to each customer
  • Building lasting relationships based on trust and clear communication
  • Matching customers with the vehicle - and features - that best suit their lifestyle
  • Supporting customers from their first enquiry through to final handover and beyond
Key Responsibilities
  • Generate sales through proactive prospecting, follow-up calls, walk-in customers, phone enquiries, and online leads
  • Hit and exceed monthly targets across unit sales, profit per unit, finance, and additional products
  • Use your consultative selling skills to build rapport and qualify customer needs
  • Handle customer data accurately and in line with FCA and GDPR regulations
  • Maintain a high standard of professionalism and product knowledge at all times
