Qualifications

  • Recognised Speech and Language Therapy degree or equivalent.
  • Member of a relevant Clinical Excellence Network.
  • Specialist knowledge of assessments and interventions for the client group.

Responsibilities

  • Deliver high-quality SLT assessments and interventions to preschool-aged children.
  • Carry out high-quality ADOS assessments.
  • Collaborate with parents and carers to create tailored care plans.

Skills

Knowledge in ASD strategies
Experience managing own caseload
Knowledge of national policies
Awareness of child protection policies

Education

Speech and Language Therapy degree
Health and Care Professions Council licence
Member of the Royal College of Speech and Language Therapists
