We are working with a developer client who is seeking an experienced Preconstruction Technical Manager to join their team on a 6-12 month contract, with potential to transition into a permanent role. This is a remote position, with a laptop provided. The successful candidate will play a key role in de-risking projects at preconstruction stage, ensuring robust technical due diligence across civil engineering, utilities, and planning. You will work closely with the Strategic Planning Manager and wider technical team to provide expertise from land appraisal through to project delivery.
