Ideal Opportunity to Transfer Experience

Preconstruction Manager / Preconstruction Design Manager - Northamptonshire + some remote work.

Industrial / Distribution Centre / Logistics Warehouse projects.

(Previous experience in these project sectors not essential).

REQUIREMENTS

• Knowledge of Building Sector.
• Previous employment as a Design Co-ordinator, D&B Coordinator, D&B Manager, Design Manager, Bid Manager or Preconstruction Manager.
• Will also consider candidates that have worked on other general build construction projects.
• Previous Main Contractor employment ideal but not essential.
• High level of communication skills.
• Relevant industry qualification (Degree / HND / HNC etc).

LOCATION

Northamptonshire office, with some remote work also available.
