The ideal candidate will have solid experience in hand soldering to IPC standards and a good understanding of PCB manufacturing processes. Responsibilities include hand soldering components, reading work packs, inspecting quality, and maintaining a safe work environment. Qualifications

• Experience and knowledge of soldering to IPC class 2 is essential.
• Class 3 is advantageous.
• Experience of working within production of a manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities

• Hand soldering of conventional components to IPC standards.
• Pre-forming components.
• Reading work packs to determine product instructions and specifications.
• Inspecting finished work to ensure it meets quality standards.
• Accurate marking & labelling of products.
• Maintaining a clean and safe working environment.
