An early years education provider in Woking is seeking a Pre-School Room Manager for a full-time, term-time position. This role offers a competitive salary of up to £26,800 pro-rata and has the added benefit of every school holiday off. The ideal candidate will have a Level 3 Early Years qualification and at least 2 years of experience in a nursery/pre-school. • Location: Woking, Surrey
• Hours: 35–38 hours per week, term time only (39 weeks)
• Salary: Up to £26,800 pro‑rata (equivalent to £31,300 FTE) depending on hours & experience

You’ll lead your team day‑to‑day, ensure high standards of care and education, and help children thrive in a safe, nurturing environment.

About You

• Minimum Level 3 Early Years qualification
• At least 2 years’ experience in a nursery / pre‑school
• Confident leader with knowledge of safeguarding & EYFS
• Organised, approachable, and passionate about supporting children and staff
• SENCO experience is a bonus but not essential
