Pre-school Nursery practitioner Termtime

We are currently looking for a new Early years educator at our Pre-school in Epsom.

The preschool has amazing resources and friendly and supportive team. We are a small and friendly nursery preschool with a warm and welcoming feel. You will be joining a team of staff in our dedicated pre school which consists of 2 classrooms 2-3's and 3-4's.

Responsibilities and Duties

  • Assisting the Nursery Management in providing day to day high quality childcare.
  • Provide a positive learning environment that offers choice, experiences, independence and meets all the children needs.
  • Be able to have key person responsibility and carry out daily and individual planning within the room.
  • Ensuring a safe, secure and caring environment for the well-being of the children.

Candidates:

  • Have room lead experience or a senior practitioner with good leadership experience.
  • Be passionate about childcare and helping children to achieve, play and be safe.
  • Have previous experience of working with children under the age of five.
  • Be qualified at NNEB/NVQ level 2 /3 or equivalent (higher +) in childcare.
  • Be able to work well and lead a small team.
