Job summary

A leading educational agency is seeking an Early Years Educator (Level 3) in Haywards Heath. The role involves nurturing and stimulating children aged 2-4, fostering their academic, personal, and social growth in a Pre‑School environment. Hours vary Monday to Friday, from 8 am to 3:30 pm. Ideal candidates will have a Level 2 or 3 qualification in Early Years Childcare and prior experience in an Early Years setting. Job description
The School and Role

We are seeking an Early Years Educator (Level 3) to work either full time or part time in a Pre‑School in Eastbourne. You will nurture and stimulate children aged 2‑4 while fostering academic, personal, and social growth. The role works Monday to Friday, with hours varying between the opening times of the Nursery: 8 am‑3:30 pm. You will join a very hard‑working, dedicated and friendly team passionate about giving the children the start to their education by teaching them independence as well as teamwork.

Salary and Start Date

£13.68 – £14.50 (salary depends on experience and/or qualifications and will be discussed at registration)

January Start
