The Pre-Sales and Solution Design Manager will play a key role in defining product strategies and providing technical support to sales teams. This position requires a technically proficient and solutions-driven professional who can collaborate across multiple teams and external stakeholders to develop and implement effective solutions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Consult with clients to understand and define their technical requirements.
  • Manage and oversee design phases to align with customer needs.
  • Coordinate internal and external resources to achieve project objectives.
  • Work closely with Software Development, Delivery, and Content Production teams to ensure seamless integration, cost analysis, and after-sales support.
  • Support the sales team in creating cost-effective and well-designed proposals aligned with customer requirements.
  • Stay informed about market trends, industry developments, and internal strategies.
  • Maintain and manage relationships with key stakeholders.
  • Design, test, and implement new AV and digital solutions.
  • Provide remote and onsite support for installations.
  • Develop technical documentation and manuals.
Essential Skills and Experience
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience with an AV System Integrator.
  • Strong expertise in digital and interactive AV hardware and software.
  • Solid understanding of infrastructure and networking (LAN/WAN, VPNs, firewalls).
  • Basic knowledge of mechanical and electrical engineering principles.
  • Experience in small-scale audio design and commissioning.
  • Ability to create technical proposals, diagrams, and presentations.
  • Strong problem-solving skills for addressing client issues and implementing effective solutions.
Desirable Skills
  • Excellent client communication and stakeholder management abilities.
  • Experience coordinating design and development across multiple teams.
  • Proficiency in tools such as AutoCAD, Visio, Excel (intermediate level), or SolidWorks.
  • Ability to develop comprehensive technical documentation.
