Job Description

As a Practice Team Assistant, you will manage a variety of administrative tasks to support fee earners and business operations. Responsibilities include document preparation, billing administration, client data updates, meeting and travel arrangements, and assisting with compliance processes. You will also play a key role in maintaining accurate records, supporting internal systems, and ensuring exceptional service delivery to both internal and external stakeholders.

The Successful Applicant

The ideal candidate will have :

  • At least 1 year of experience in an administrative role
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to manage competing priorities and work effectively under pressure
