Practice Nurse

We are looking for an enthusiastic Practice Nurse to join our friendly team. This is a temporary role for 6 months initially, but there is a possibility it could become permanent as we have recently expanded by taking over another practice.

Key Responsibilities
  • Chronic Disease Management – including diabetes, asthma, COPD, and hypertension reviews.
  • Cervical Screening – delivering high‑quality, patient‑centered care.
  • Supporting the wider clinical team in delivering exceptional primary care services.
Requirements
  • Registered Nurse with current NMC registration.
  • Experience in chronic disease management and cervical screening.
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills.

Hours and days of work are negotiable for the right candidate, rate of pay will be based on experience and knowledge.
