A healthcare center in London is seeking an enthusiastic Practice Nurse to support the team in delivering primary care services. The successful candidate will manage chronic diseases, conduct child immunizations, and provide various patient care services. We are looking for an enthusiastic and reliable Practice Nurse to support our practice team in delivering primary care service to ourdiverse patient population.
You will be working with a varied patient demographic and an experiencedMulti-disciplinary team.
The ideal candidate will have experience in the core competencies of practice nursing including wound care, child immunisation, independent and proactive chronic disease management (in particular diabeties) and cervical cytology. In addition, experience of management responsibilities would be beneficial, as there will be scope for the successful applicant to take on additional individual organisational and management responsibilities.
This is a unique chance to join a successful and forward thinking surgery of 7000 patients close to Hyde park with several stations within close proximity. The surgery is an easy walk from Queensway,Paddington and Lancaster Gate Tube stations.
