A healthcare organization in Connah's Quay is seeking an enthusiastic Practice Nurse committed to high-quality clinical care in Primary Care. Responsibilities include chronic disease management, patient assessments, and administering vaccinations. Candidates should be Registered General Nurses with experience in General Practice or Primary Care and a commitment to professional development. Fluency in Welsh is desirable but not mandatory. This role offers a salary ranging from £31,516 to £38,364 annually, pro rata.
Betsi Cadwaladr University Health Board in North Wales is a dynamic and patient focused organisation. The Health Board are responsible for the direct management of a number of GP Practices and are developing these practices to be gold standard exemplars, creating services that are better able to meet the needs of the local population, easier to access and navigate, and are a rewarding and satisfying place to work.
We are looking for an enthusiastic and highly motivated Practice Nurse who believes in a vision for high quality clinical care and compassion within Primary Care, and who wants to engage in delivering this in St Mark's Dee View Surgery, Connah's Quay.
The successful applicant should already have experience of long-term conditions and working in Primary Care or General Practice.
The ability to speak Welsh is desirable for this post; English and/or Welsh speakers are equally welcome to apply.
The post holder will perform tasks prescribed and delegated by the GPs and Senior Nurses, working unsupervised to Patient Group Directions, agreed protocols, within an evidence base and within defined competencies.
