A full-time and permanent position.

Your future in our Weston Super Mare practices

• A dual site role to manage two practices located on Beaconsfield Road and the other on Oxford Street
• They are 6 chair and 4 chair surgeries that offer a mix of NHS and Private work with a stable core support team
• A great role for someone looking to develop in dentistry, with continued investment into the practices they have huge potential for further private revenue growth
• With on-site parking at Beaconsfield Road and within walking distance of Oxford Street

As a Practice Manager, you’ll be :

• Driving your practice’s performance with set objectives, including providing outstanding patient care, meeting financial targets, and managing budgets
• Leading a team of practice support employees, including dental nurses and receptionists, and engaging with self-employed clinicians whilst you manage the contractual relationship
• Managing compliance and meeting the requirements of our regulators
• Interpreting financial data including profit and loss accounts to make commercial decisions
• You will enjoy being part of a team that’s passionate about caring for patients and helping the nation smile.
