Reporting into the Area Manager, the Pharmacy Practice Manager role combines patient care and commercial focus. It requires a strong leader passionate about healthcare, patients, and driving a profitable business. The role involves delivering pharmacy targets, managing the store Pharmacist and pharmacy colleagues, and supporting Asda Pharmacy's excellence.

Daily responsibilities include leading, coaching, and developing the pharmacy team to provide excellent patient experiences, ensuring patient safety, and maintaining standards of professional customer service, compliance, and clinical governance.

Support is available from in-store, regional, and head office teams for clinical or service queries.

Rota:

Week 1: Monday 0900-2100, Tuesday 0900-2100, Thursday 0900-2000, Friday 0900-2000, Saturday 0900-2000

Week 2: Monday 0900-2000, Tuesday 0900-2100, Thursday 0900-2100

We seek a dedicated Pharmacy Practice Manager with values aligned to our own and a desire to make a difference in community healthcare through excellent primary care.

You should be a fully qualified pharmacist registered with the GPhC, capable of delivering NHS and private healthcare services, and able to balance management and pharmacy duties to ensure safety and results. Experience in motivating teams and handling challenging situations is essential.

Applicants must have a valid GPhC registration, right to work in the UK, safeguarding qualifications, and be willing to undergo a DBS check and enroll in the update service. Evidence of qualifications and identity will be required upon appointment.
