We have an exciting opportunity for a Registered Nurse with a valid UK NMC registration to join our team, supporting colleagues to develop skills in palliative and end of life care.
The position is based within the education and clinical teams, reporting to the Head of Clinical Services and working with the central Sue Ryder education team.
Sue Ryder Manorlands Hospice is in Oxenhope, near Keighley. As well as expert palliative care, we support people with life-limiting conditions, and their families. We work across Airedale, Wharfedale, Craven, and north Bradford.
We support people aged 18 and over who are living with life-limiting conditions such as cancer, heart failure and lung disease by combining specialist medical care for managing pain and other symptoms with other emotional, practical and spiritual support.
We are able to provide care in our inpatient unit and our CNS team are on hand to visit people and provide care for people in their own home.

You will develop and support the education and training needs of the clinical healthcare workforce, contributing towards the delivery of the organisational Clinical Education Strategy and Framework including facilitating learning in palliative care.
Within this role you will be expected to demonstrate clinical expertise and credibility in clinical practice by always being a role model.
There is a range of opportunities to develop academically and professionally for the successful candidate.
You will support the Senior Leadership Team to deliver the Quality Improvement Plan by using Datix incident analysis as well as supporting the delivery of any research being carried out in the centre and across the charity to promote evidence-based practice and quality service delivery

£39,251.17 to £45,114.91 a year(dependent on experience)
