The Practice Development Nurse will spearhead the training and education programs in our dialysis units, providing support to nurses and staff to ensure the delivery of consistently high-quality clinical care.
Our team of PDNs and Clinical Leads report to the UK Nursing Director. This position is to be based in the North and you must be willing and able to travel across different sites in the region. When not travelling between sites you would be based out of a clinic allocated to you based on your home location. This PDN role is part time, 2 days per week, so will allow for an internal applicant to remain in their current clinic nursing role if current standard working hours are more than 16 per week.
