Candidates with management experience in healthcare are preferred, but the essential skills for financial and personnel management are a must.

We serve a diverse group of around 11,100 patients including a higher than average number of people affected by deprivation.
Experience in a management position in a healthcare setting would be an advantage but is not essential, as we have a highly experienced administrative team who have experience supporting with the day to day management of the practice. Personnel management as well as financial management and forecasting are key aspects of the role so candidates must have experience and strong skills in these areas.
Crewe is an innovative, forward‑thinking practice. We have strong links with local health‑related community organisations and regularly seek new ways to meet the needs of our registered patients. The Practice is committed to teaching and we offer GP specialist training as well as placements for FY2 doctors and medical students.
