PPM Scheduler – Building Services

Location: Middlesex

Salary: £30,000 – £35,000 per annum

Employment Type: Full-time, Permanent

The Role: As a PPM Scheduler, you will play a key role in ensuring planned preventative maintenance (PPM) tasks are scheduled and delivered effectively across a portfolio of contracts. You’ll be the central point of contact between engineers, clients, and the management team – ensuring works are coordinated, completed on time, and to the highest standard.

Responsibilities
  • Scheduling and coordinating planned preventative maintenance tasks for building services engineers
  • Managing diaries and allocating works in line with SLAs and client requirements
  • Monitoring job progress and updating systems accordingly
  • Liaising with clients to confirm appointments and resolve queries
  • Supporting the wider operations team with administrative and reporting duties
Qualifications
  • Experience in scheduling, planning, or coordination within facilities management, building services, or a similar industry
  • Excellent organisational and communication skills
  • Strong IT skills (Microsoft Office; CAFM systems experience desirable)
  • Ability to work under pressure and prioritise workload effectively
  • Team player with a proactive approach
