Job Description

Role: PPD - Production Print Field Engineer / MFD / Photocopier FSE

Location: East Midlands

Package: up to £33,000 + 10% bonus + 26 days holiday + training + pension + car

Concept are seeking either a skilled Production Print Technical Specialist or a skilled Photocopier engineer interested in upskilling to PP. Your aim will be to deliver exceptional service and support to customers whilst maintaining field efficiencies and driving profitability. This role involves working in a dynamic environment within the Industrial Print sector, requiring technical expertise, proactive problem-solving, and a commitment to excellence.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Customer Service: Respond to call-outs professionally and efficiently, diagnose and resolve technical faults, and implement necessary modifications.
  2. Communication: Act as a key communication channel between customers, the Service Team, and other business areas to ensure a seamless service experience.
  3. Technical Support: Provide high-level service by resolving technical issues promptly, minimizing machine downtime.
  4. Training: Deliver technical advice and training to help customers maximize their device capabilities.
  5. Safety & Maintenance: Perform repairs and maintenance safely, following manufacturer recommendations and safety legislation.
  6. Reporting: Complete all reports and paperwork accurately and on time.
  7. Technology Utilization: Use technology tools effectively to access documentation and improve service delivery.
  8. Parts Management: Communicate clearly about parts and consumables to minimize operational disruptions.
