A leading digital marketing agency is seeking a PPC Lead to provide operational leadership and direction for the PPC Team. This role involves managing a limited client portfolio while ensuring high-quality outputs across multiple paid media channels. The ideal candidate will have over 5 years of experience in PPC strategy, strong leadership skills, and a proven track record in budget management. The PPC Lead is responsible for the operational leadership, direction, and enablement of the PPC Team. This role sets the operational strategy, defines ways of working, and ensures the consistent delivery of high-quality, commercially effective outputs across Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, Amazon Ads and related paid media media channels. Balancing strategic oversight with hands-on operational support, the PCC Team Lead ensures delivery excellence, maximises billable utilisation, and aligns the PPC strategy with broader business objectives.
In addition to taking on a limited client portfolio (usually one or two more complex accounts), the role is accountable for the quality of the team’s output and overall client satisfaction (internal and external). It acts as a primary escalation point for delivery, resourcing, or quality concerns, embedding scalable processes, fostering team development, and ensuring that PPC outputs contribute to both client success and Velstar’s commercial growth.
