Overview

Power Platform Architect (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power Pages, Power BI)

Summer-Browning Associates is currently supporting our central government client, who is seeking a Power Platform Architect for an initial six-month assignment with the option to extend.

Location: Hybrid working - London

The ideal candidate will hold an active security clearance and possess a strong background in Power Platform Technical Architecture, with the following skills and experience:

Responsibilities

• Lead and strategize Power Platform implementations and establish a Centre of Excellence for Digital Services.
• Mentor, coach, and manage senior and mid-level technical architects.
• Guide technical teams, influence critical technical decisions, and identify transformative digital opportunities.
• Define, maintain, and own the technical strategy and roadmap for services.
• Provide technical leadership across Data, Digital, Security, and Technical domains.
• Demonstrate deep technical expertise across Cloud, M365, Azure, AWS, Networks, Telephony, or Digital systems.
• Apply Secure by Design principles and develop IT security documentation (policies, standards, processes, procedures, patterns).
• Familiarity with navigating public sector or defence secure environments.

Qualifications

• Active security clearance.
• Strong background in Power Platform Technical Architecture with extensive experience in strategically managing Power Platform implementations.
• Experience in establishing and leading a Centre of Excellence for Digital Services.
• Experience mentoring, coaching, and managing senior and mid-level technical architects.
• Ability to guide technical teams, influence critical technical decisions, and identify transformative digital opportunities.
• Experience defining, maintaining, and owning the technical strategy and roadmap for services.
• Access to and knowledge across Cloud, M365, Azure, AWS, Networks, Telephony, or Digital systems.
