A global certification company is seeking a Performance Improvement Analyst in Oldbury. This permanent role involves providing detailed data reporting to the UK Business Assurance team and developing accurate reports to monitor performance metrics. Essential qualifications include ICT Level 2-4 and advanced proficiency in Excel and Power BI. The ideal candidate will have a solid general admin background and strong problem-solving skills. Working hours are Monday to Friday, 8.30 am to 4.30 pm.

Responsibilities

• Provide professional, effective & efficient reporting of data to the UK Business Assurance team.
• Analyze and interpret complex data sets.
• Produce clear and accurate reports.

Skills

Advanced user level in Excel and MS Office

Experience with using Power BI
