A Multi-Academy Trust in Newcastle upon Tyne is seeking a dedicated post holder for educational progress in post 16 and external pre 16 learners within a vocational programme. The role requires setting up and delivering effective learning programmes, along with contribution to the development of Construction. The Trust values staff well-being and mental health, offering an innovative CPD programme. Commitment to safeguarding and child welfare is essential for all staff members.
The post holder will be accountable for educational progress of post 16 and external pre 16 learners in a designated vocational programme by effective teaching and learning and contribute to the monitoring and development of Construction. The successful candidate will be able to set up, deliver and co‑coordinate learning programmes. This will involve setting up learning opportunities internally or externally, contributing to initial assessment and induction, programme planning and review, programme delivery, regular communication and planning with other stakeholders and aftercare.
