A leading care organization in Ashford is seeking a Positive Behaviour Support Team Leader to manage a dedicated team providing person-centred support for clients with complex needs. You will lead a team of Support Workers, ensuring all aspects of daily living are catered to while maintaining a safe environment. Excellent management skills and experience in CQC-regulated services are essential for thriving in this rewarding role. Pay £13.98 per hour (£27,338 per annum) with benefits including a Health Cash Plan. Temporary 9‑month contract, full‑time (37.5 hours per week), 2 admin days in service and 22.5 hours a week on rota. Location: Ashford. We can’t offer a Certificate of Sponsorship for this role.
