Active Care Group is pleased to offer this opportunity for an experienced Positive Behaviour Support Practitioner to join our expanding PBS team, supporting services in the North region. The PBS Practitioner will be a key member of our national team, collaborating with the operations team to develop and implement ethical, least-restrictive behaviour support strategies for individuals exhibiting behaviours that challenge with the aim of improving their overall well-being and quality of life.

Responsibilities

This role provides the opportunity to work alongside skilled multi-disciplinary teams, including occupational therapy, speech and language, and neuropsychology, to provide high-quality, comprehensive care. The PBS Practitioner will work to develop and implement ethical, least-restrictive behaviour support plans and contribute to ongoing professional development with access to PBS/ABA-related training.
