Job Title - Risk, Finance and Treasury Technology Transformation Portfolio & Project Manager

Location- London

Responsibilities
  • You will be responsible for managing the critical path of the programme
  • You will be able to understand technical challenges to application migrations and support application migration team to unblock the challenges.
  • You will track and challenge variance against portfolio KPIs, ExCo level milestones and investment benefits including RtB burndown
  • You will be required to respond quickly to frequent fire drills and ad hoc requests; making priority decisions and communicating clearly with impacted stakeholders
  • You will facilitate responses to the parent initiative on all ad hoc requests
  • You will drive the build out of the migration roadmap, holding planning sessions as well as supporting SMEs to articulate their deliverables
  • You will act as the SME on programme governance processes ensuring full interlock with the parent initiative. You will be expected to live and breath the processes of the initiative, to be learned on the job.
  • You will help maintain oversight of the programme sub-streams and delivery against objectives
  • You will establish a detailed dependency matrix and support business prioritization discussions.
  • You will be is responsible for quality assuring, challenging and curating upwards and outwards communications
Your skills and experience
  • Experience of working as a Portfolio Manager/ Technical Delivery Lead, reporting to senior audiences
  • Experience articulating the problem statement, mobilizing a response and articulate a final position, irrespective of subject matter.
  • Demonstrable experience in Governance and driving complex transformation programmes to successful conclusions
  • Strong organizational skills managing multiple workstreams and competing priorities simultaneously
  • Experience to comprehend, link and aggregate CTB tech outcomes and benefits for senior business stakeholder audiences
  • Driven to identify and fix broken process
  • Ability to identify and track complex and critical delivery dependencies across a matrix organisation
  • Proven ability of successfully managing entire projects or phases of projects across the delivery lifecycle (design, build and test) along with effective management of the associated budgets
  • Ability to listen and positively influence diverse stakeholders and team members
  • An excellent communicator (written & verbal)
  • Experience of reporting and governing within an Agile organization
  • Excellent presentation skills using a variety of tools (PowerPoint, excel, word, Visio, publisher)
  • Hands on experience with JIRA, SharePoint and Confluence
  • Experience with Clarity or similar PPM tool; ability to adopt new tooling rapidly.
