A leading housing organization is searching for a motivated Housing Officer in St. Austell to join their team. Responsibilities include managing temporary accommodations, conducting property inspections, and assisting with tenancy issues. Applicants should have experience in housing management, strong communication skills, and a full UK driving licence. This full-time position offers a competitive salary and a range of benefits, including a company car and annual leave.
Annual salary: up to £26,313.63
Location: St Austell – required travel around Cornwall
Salary: £27,957.53 per annum, plus company car
Contract Type: Permanent, Full-Time
40 hours per week, Monday to Friday, 9:00am-5:30pm
We are seeking a motivated and organised Housing Officer to join our Housing Management team. You will be responsible for overseeing a range of temporary accommodation, carry out property inspections, identifying and reporting repairs, assisting with tenancy issues, managing signups and check outs, and administration tasks.
All our roles require candidates to have the entitlement to work within the UK, Mears does not currently offer visa sponsorship.
To drive a Mears vehicle, you must be aged over 21 have held your licence over 3 months and have less than 9 points.
