Job description
  • Remote (UK-Based)
  • Salary : £50K + bonus and benefits
  • Applicants must be level 4 qualified

Fram is working with an investment management firm that is looking to engage with an experienced and Level 4 qualified investment professional to support the CIO and Deputy CIO across portfolio oversight, implementation, and data-driven analysis. The position carries significant operational responsibility and is central to ensuring accuracy and consistency across the firm’s investment processes. The role can be based anywhere in the UK.

The work involves monitoring portfolios for drift, breaches, and suitability, preparing and validating rebalancing instructions, and implementing trades across platforms and custodians. There is ongoing involvement in the operational elements of portfolio changes, including transitions and updates to underlying securities and funds.

The successful individual will also contribute to investment reporting, performance summaries, and due diligence materials, while supporting improvements to data quality, system workflows, and automation tools. This is a role that interacts widely across the business, working closely with investment leadership, client-facing teams, and operations colleagues to maintain a high standard of control and insight.

This may appeal to someone with experience in portfolio implementation, multi-asset oversight, or investment operations who enjoys combining technical analysis with detailed process work. Strong organisational skills, accuracy, and confidence using investment systems and data tools will be important, together with the Level 4 Diploma in Financial Planning or equivalent.

Applicants must have the right to work in the UK.
