Qualifications

• Experience in port operations, ship agency, or maritime logistics (preferred but not essential).
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Book ships in and out of the port and arrange pilot and tug services.
• Ensure all ship documentation complies with international regulations.
• Liaise with port agents, stevedores, and terminal operators for cargo handling.
• Arrange crew changes, transportation, and accommodation.
• Organize provisions, fuel, and necessary repairs.
• Prepare and submit operational and financial reports.
• Ensure compliance with port regulations.
