(Port Administrator) - Position Overview

We are seeking a highly organised and proactive Port Administrator to ensure the safe and efficient delivery of agency services across multiple port locations. The role involves coordinating vessel and cargo documentation, supporting ship crews and Masters, managing port and husbandry requirements, and maintaining strong working relationships with ship and shore-side personnel. This is a fast-paced position requiring flexibility, accuracy, and the ability to work to tight deadlines, often outside standard office hours.
