Role Description

This Cambridge-based technology firm is seeking a process-oriented individual with strong communication skills and experience designing, documenting and coordinating policies and workflows in a technical context. This could suit a graduate with a relevant degree and a closely-related internship at a technology company.

Key Responsibilities and Qualifications
  • Prior experience (through internships or employment) implementing commercial processes and documenting company policies at a technology company (ideally with electronic, mechanical, embedded software products or AI), particularly around operations and workflow.
  • Strong project management skills, confident communication skills, and a highly organised approach with attention to detail.
  • Awareness of regulatory frameworks, such as ISO standards and export controls, and their impact on a company.
  • Interest in business operations, efficiency, and technology development, and ability to engage constructively with a variety of stakeholders.
Requirements
