A community-focused healthcare organization is seeking a motivated HCPC registered podiatrist to join their supportive podiatry team in London. The role involves managing complex medical cases, offering treatments and ensuring high-quality patient care. An exciting opportunity has arisen for a highly motivated and enthusiastic HCPC registered podiatrist to join our dynamic and supportive podiatry team at Your Healthcare CIC.

This band 5 post is ideal for a podiatrist looking to develop their assessment and treatment skills across the specialisms of podiatry. Full mentorship will be available and Your Healthcare has a protected CPD budget which all employees can apply for.
If successful, you will provide treatment and management to patients with complex medical and / or foot health needs. This will range across biomechanics and orthotic prescription, nail surgery under local anaesthesia, diabetic wound care assessment and treatment and high-risk foot care. We conduct annual appraisals and quarterly one to ones, aimed at developing and supporting a 21st Century podiatrist.
There is also the opportunity to work in the organisations private practice. Your Podiatry offers a range of new treatment technologies including Lunula Laser Therapy and Swift Microwave therapy, offering a unique experience to the successful applicant., To provide high quality evidence based podiatric care to patients with a variety of foot health needs.
Manage a complex caseload independently, including high risk foot care, wound management, biomechanical assessments and nail surgery.
Work collaboratively within the team and with other healthcare professionals.
Support service development and clinical audit.
Participate and engage in supervision, training, quarterly one to ones and annual appraisal.
BSc (Hons) in Podiatry (or equivalent)
Local Anaesthesia certificate
Current HCPC registration
An interest in working with high risk patients, including those with diabetes
Willing to develop experience and skill set across the podiatry specialisms.
Excellent communication and organisational skill
Commitment to continuous professional development
