Job summary

A leading defence organization seeks an Engineering Specialist to support the Position, Navigation & Timing Programme. You'll act as a subject matter expert overseeing design and verification for critical navigation technologies. Essential qualifications include a STEM qualification at RQF Level 4 or higher and proven experience in Electronic Systems. The role is hybrid, allowing significant home working with an initial contract lasting until March 2026.

Qualifications

• A minimum of RQF Level 4 qualification in STEM required.
• Proven experience in delivering outcomes in Electronic Systems or Sensors.
• Professionally registered as an Engineering Technician or similar.

Responsibilities

• Manage the generation of ESS requirements.
• Oversee design to meet customer requirements.
• Participate in system testing and validation processes.
