Qualifications

  • Experience in a PMO or similar environment.
  • Familiarity with Waterfall and Agile methodologies.
  • Knowledge of project management processes and performance metrics.

Responsibilities

  • Support key project and portfolio processes.
  • Maintain accurate project and resource data.
  • Monitor adherence to lifecycle frameworks and controls.
  • Track monthly finances including cost reporting.
  • Produce meeting packs and capture actions accurately.
  • Identify improvement opportunities and share best practices.
  • Support Project Managers with submissions and approvals.
