Overview

The PMO Analyst plays a critical role in supporting the Project Management Office (PMO) and project delivery teams. This position ensures effective governance, accurate reporting, and smooth coordination across projects, enabling successful delivery and strategic alignment.

Responsibilities
  • Project Coordination & Administration
    • Support project teams with scheduling, documentation, and day-to-day coordination to ensure timely delivery.
  • Resource Planning & Forecasting
    • Assist with resource modelling and capacity planning to optimize project allocation and utilization.
  • Governance & Compliance
    • Conduct project health checks, RAID (Risks, Assumptions, Issues, Dependencies) reviews, and ensure adherence to PMO standards.
  • Reporting & Insights
    • Prepare and maintain Project Board packs, track decisions and actions, and provide analytical insights to support informed decision-making.
  • Financial Administration
    • Process purchase orders (POs) and requisitions accurately and in line with budgetary controls.
  • Stakeholder Engagement
    • Coordinate meeting invites, agendas, and minutes for Project Boards, ensuring clear communication and follow-up.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or other related field, or equivalent work experience
  • Additional course or certification in Business Analysis
Essential skills
  • Strong organizational and administrative skills with exceptional attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Jira, or similar).

  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and provide actionable insights.
