A leading insurance company in the UK seeks a dedicated PMO Analyst to join their Claims PMO team. You will be responsible for ensuring the successful delivery of portfolios, implementing effective governance, and enhancing processes to align with company frameworks. Candidates should have prior PMO experience and excellent organizational skills. This role offers a starting salary of approximately £50,000, alongside key benefits such as a generous pension scheme and bonus opportunities.

This is a great job for someone who enjoys working with a wide range of stakeholders, thrives on governance and planning, and wants to make a real impact on how we deliver change. If you have previous PMO or change experience and strong organisational skills, this could be the perfect next step.
You’ll be a key part of the Claims PMO team, ensuring the safe delivery of the Claims Change Portfolio to agreed time, cost, and quality standards. This role exists to strengthen governance and improve processes across the portfolio, aligned to the Aviva Change Management Framework. You’ll cover governance, financials, planning and resources, reporting, risks, change effectiveness, and engagement—plus provide deputy support to the Senior PMO Lead.
Proactive and confident in overcoming delivery challenges—able to take bold action, think creatively, and propose effective solutions to keep projects on track.
