PMO Analyst

Location: Bristol, Norwich and York

Starting Salary: circa £50,000 (depending on location, skills, experience, and qualifications)

This is a great job for someone who enjoys working with a wide range of stakeholders, thrives on governance and planning, and wants to make a real impact on how we deliver change. If you have previous PMO or change experience and strong organisational skills, this could be the perfect next step.

Responsibilities

You'll be a key part of the Claims PMO team, ensuring the safe delivery of the Claims Change Portfolio to agreed time, cost, and quality standards. This role exists to strengthen governance and improve processes across the portfolio, aligned to the Aviva Change Management Framework. You’ll cover governance, financials, planning and resources, reporting, risks, change effectiveness, and engagement—plus provide deputy support to the Senior PMO Lead.

Qualifications
  • Previous PMO or change experience
  • Strong organisational and prioritisation skills
  • Experience in portfolio resource and capability management
  • Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and Word, with preferred experience using project tools such as Jira, Confluence, and Planview
  • Ability to build credibility and manage relationships at all levels, including handling challenge

  • Starting salary c. £50,000 (depending on location, skills, experience, and qualifications)
