Job Title: Secondary Teacher to join Plymouth Cast Trust Bank

We are seeking enthusiastic and adaptable Supply Teachers to join the trust's bank of staff, offering consistency, regular schools and better pay.

Responsibilities
  • Deliver high-quality teaching and learning experiences in accordance with the school's curriculum and policies.
  • Manage classroom behavior and create a positive and inclusive learning environment.
  • Adapt teaching strategies and resources to meet the diverse needs of students and maintain continuity of learning.
  • Collaborate with colleagues and support staff to ensure smooth transitions and effective communication during periods of teacher absence.
  • Provide feedback on student progress and maintain accurate records as required.
Qualifications
  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent recognized teaching qualification.
  • Previous experience teaching in education settings is preferred but not essential.
