• 40 hours per week
• Monday - Friday 8 hours shift between 0700 - 1700
• £30,000 - £40,000 per annum

Key Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair mechanical faults.
• Perform routine maintenance, minor new works, and plumbing tasks.
• Carry out general building maintenance when required.
• Keep tools, equipment, and PPE in top condition.
• Record time, materials, and progress accurately.
• Support apprentices and work closely with clients & colleagues.

What you bring:

• Completed Mechanical Apprenticeship + NVQ Level 2 (or equivalent).
• Must have plumbing and general maintenance experience.
• Strong mechanical and problem-solving skills.
• Experience working safely in a maintenance environment.
• IT literate (Microsoft Office + CMMS).
• Great communicator, able to plan and manage your own workload.
• Must be over 30 and holds UK Driving Licence
