We're seeking a proactive Plumbing Contract Manager to join a well-established building services provider based in Wakefield. What is your role and responsibilities :

As a Plumbing Contract Manager, you will take ownership of a portfolio of mechanical and plumbing projects across the region. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Managing a team of field-based engineers, ensuring smooth delivery of all works
  • Overseeing contracts from initial scope to completion
  • Preparing accurate estimates and scoping documents for mechanical/plumbing projects
  • Coordinating and ordering materials to ensure projects run efficiently
  • Ensuring all works comply with health & safety legislation and company policies
  • Maintaining strong client relationships and providing professional support
