Overview

Plumber/Gas Fitter – £32,373 per annum plus £484.44 tool allowance. We have an exciting opportunity to join our Housing Repairs Team as a suitably qualified Plumber and Gas Fitter.

We are looking for applicants with a minimum NVQ level 3 in relevant area or equivalent qualification who must be competent in undertaking a variety of plumbing and gas fitting duties including repairs to tenanted and empty properties, boiler installations and gas servicing.

Requirements
  • Minimum NVQ level 3 in relevant area or equivalent qualification.
  • Competent in plumbing and gas fitting duties; experience of working in occupied properties and customer care; ability to work using own initiative with minimum supervision and be multi-skilled.
  • Current valid full UK Driving Licence.
Working Pattern

The post has a working day finishing at 4:30pm Monday to Thursday and 1pm on Friday, giving you a better work life balance with options for voluntary call out duties.
