The Company

Housing Maintenance Specialist, carrying out repairs and maintenance in a professional manner. Contracts are mainly in the Wokingham area, the client also has contracts in the Slough area if this location is more relevant to you.

The Role

• Bath framework, boxing, bath panels, Tiling
• Toilet overhauls
• Identifying and fixing burst pipes / leaks
• Installing additional pipework
• Gain entries
• Mould treatments
• Shower boost replacement
• Receive & complete works via PDA device

Skills & Experience

• Competent use of PDA & mobile devices
• Full UK Drivers License
• Social Housing experience preferred
• Relevant industry qualifications
