About the Role

A successful family owned building company specialising in insurance repairs are seeking a Plumber to join their team work at the Hull office due to increase in volume of work through long term clients.

Responsibilities

• Be responsible for completing primarily domestic insurance repair works as per the job card instructions.
• Complete works to a high standard efficiently, maintaining health and safety on site, liaising with other trades and customer satisfaction.
• Remove and refit radiators.
• Disconnect and remove pipework and install new.
• Disconnect and refit / install toilets / basins / sinks / showers.
• Prepare sites for safe working.
• Strip out properties in preparation for building works.
• Assit other trades to complete works as required.

Qualifications

• Demonstrable proven track record in a similar role working in an occupied domestic environment.
• Experience in all aspects of plumbing.
• Wall and floor tiling experience - not essential.
• NVQ 2 qualified or qualified by experience.
• Full valid driving license due to the nature of the role.
• Professional, be able to self manage and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Able to demonstrate the ability to work as a team and excellent communication skills.

Benefits

In return you will receive a salary of £38,800 per annum (40 hour week) plus overtime at time and a half, company pension and company van.
