What you’ll be doing:

• Delivering high‑quality plastering across reinstatement and restoration projects.
• Strong board and skimming work.
• Rendering, wet plaster, and lime work (advantageous but not essential).
• Working closely with customers and team members to ensure excellent results.
• Supporting the growth of the team by learning new skills—or by passing on experience and mentoring others.

What we’re looking for:

• 3+ years’ experience as a Plasterer – Excellent boarding and skimming skills.
• A positive, team‑focused attitude with the ability to get along well with colleagues and customers.
• A willingness to learn and progress, or help others do the same.
• A full UK driving licence.
